We are excited to share that AIA Winston-Salem in collaboration with Femme will be hosting a discussion panel conversation titled “After Hours”, scheduled for May 21st. This event will explore the value of harmonizing personal passions with professional commitments through conversation with our panelists.

Our panelists have each sought out opportunities to pursue their passions outside of or alongside their primary career, and have unique perspectives on finding purpose through their work. They will share their insights, experiences, and practical advice on navigating the pursuit of fulfillment beyond traditional work hours. Whether you are seeking to further define your purpose or integrate your extracurricular interests into your career, this discussion promises valuable perspectives.

Our April lunch on 4/9 will be a primer discussion where we will introduce the topic. In May, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to our panelists throughout the discussion panel event on 5/21. In June, we will be continuing the dialogue with a follow-up conversation on 6/11 before breaking for the summer in July.
